I had such errors <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/tiddlywiki/7m_2mp6g_n4>quite often 6 months ago and those were from misusing syntax with the list widget. Jeremy later made TW5 better handle such things. At the time I had to edit the html file with a text editor to delete the offending tiddler. I can't say if that is your problem but if you can post an example of the code you were editing before it happened and then maybe a screenshot of the error, that could give us more details.
