I've added an audio parser for 5.1.3 that causes audio tiddlers to be
displayed with an HTML5 player. You can also transclude audio tiddlers,
just as with images.

Somewhat addressing Mario's concern about file size, the audio handling
includes support for audio tiddlers with a `_canonical_uri` field that
points to the audio data, rather than embedding it in the tiddler body.
