I am a 'heavy' bookmarklet user as well; even made a guide for it for non 
programmers [1]
In the past I raised a ticket for a bookmark possibility in TiddlyDesktop 
[2]

Danielo made a keyboard shortcuts plugin. I did not try it myself.
Look for keyboard snippets at [3].
