Hi Vincent,

simple and attractive in its interface;

As concerns the x-prize challenge specifically, I think the interface will
need to be super engaging - meaning way out in the realm of talking
animated characters or minecraft-like open worlds. I imagine something like
TW sitting under all that as a 'knowledge layer'.

easy to create/edit/manage content;

Some content may be created in TW, some elsewhere, for example I am
currently using Mathematica to generate math exercises with matching
solutions. As I understand it, the editing functionalities can be extended
as required. 'Management', to me, is the big issue. I think the winning
solution could well be one that harnesses the 'power of the crowd' to
create and organise content and I think TW could very well be the hero of
this. Have you ever this which (I assume) Jeremy wrote;

Philosophy of Tiddlers
Learning

The purpose of recording and organising information is so that it can be
used again. The value of recorded information is directly proportional to
the ease with which it can be re-used.

The philosophy of tiddlers <http://tiddlywiki.com/#Tiddlers> is that we
maximise the possibilities for re-use by slicing information up into the
smallest semantically meaningful units with rich modelling of relationships
between them <http://tiddlywiki.com/#Structuring%20TiddlyWiki>. Then we use
aggregation and composition to weave the fragments together to present
narrative stories.

TiddlyWiki <http://tiddlywiki.com/#TiddlyWiki> aspires to provide an
algebra for tiddlers, a concise way of expressing and exploring the
relationships between items of information."
That's what I'm talking about, eloquuently expressed.

accessible at any time, in any place.

Yes :)

Regards,
Richard
