Just in case you don't know :)

If you read a tiddler and want to open a linked tiddler, in normal cases it 
scrolls to the new tiddler.
If you do a *<ctrl> click,* it just opens the tiddler in the sidebar, 
without scrolling. ... so this is less distracting.
