But could you please add a few more classes? That way one could, with some CSS, format the Journal links to missing journals (so in the year-view on your page) the same like normal text. That way the real entries would be more obvious. I think about something like <td class="bj-day"> Additionally, if you can't remove, in the year-view the empty cells between the months, I suggest to add a class there too <td class="bj-distance"> That way it would be possible to eliminate the top and bottom border with some css and also to adjust the distance.
