Ok! If you open an image in firefox, you can the use TiddlyClip (Image snip) to create a new tiddler with the linked image and the image title as name. It uses absolute paths, but it works. Maybe there's something in TiddlyClip that could clean up the image path. But you're still dragging and dropping one at a time.
