I know Jeremy has been playing with something he calls Cecily which sounds like what you describe. It is mentioned in releasenotes for 5.0.9 <http://tiddlywiki.com/#Release%205.0.9-beta> but I don't know what the status is. Also maybe Jeremys latest video on TW uses a setup that may be something like what you're looking for?
