Yes, you can. Create a tiddler with the title of your PDF, the type
"application/pdf" and a field called "_canonical_uri" containing the
relative URL of your PDF file. Then you should be able to embed the PDF
with [img[tiddlertitle]] or {{tiddlertitle}}.
