Thanks for "dredging up some history".  

I recall seeing this and thinking it was important, but I had to decide it 
was definitely beyond me at that time.  Inevitably, I "lost" it.  Now, I at 
least know enough to be able to set it aside in a way that will bring it to 
my attention efficiently when I need it in the future.
