I once used vertical tabs for Introduction, Chapter 1, Chapter 2, ... , 
Conclusion. Of course, two chapter aren't displayed at the same time, and 
the buttons to navigate from one chapter to another are at the top of the 
tiddler.
The new toc-tabbed in the prerelease 5.1.5 look interesting, too (
