As noted, TW290b3 has been posted online since November 3rd (just before I left on holiday). However, before being officially released from beta, it must be tested in on TiddlySpace with AMBIT (a TiddlySpace-based TW "application" that is in active production use by over 1000 people!). Once this testing is completed successfully, TW290 will be released. The timetable for that is not yet determined, but it hopefully be sometime in the next few weeks, and almost certainly before the end of December.
