Throwing an RFE into the air: Tiddler Templates For example: New Stylesheet Tiddler, which will created a tiddler with $:/MyStyleSheet header, $:/tags/Stylesheet tag and "text/css" as the content type.
I'm not familiar with other special tiddlers so I can't tell if it's worth creating such templates (or maybe even a wizard). In any case, clicking the '+' button (for example) and getting options like "Blank Tiddler", "Stylesheet Tiddler", etc. may be an interesting concept. It may also help familiarizing users with effective, yet hidden, features. Just a suggestion.
