D'oh This was a tutorial on how to do it. I was just looking for a 'Save As' and since I had migrated from Classic TW to TW5 Eric's "Save As" came up.
For me I don't usually 'Save As' anymore I just move too. I manually move(or copy) my file to the new location I want to save it. Then open from the TW from the new location and TiddlyFox asks if I want to save I say yes. I am sure there is a more elegant way to save a TW5 using TiddlyFox to a newer location.
