The above replies work for TW5 series.
To do the same in TW3:
#put the *.tw-list ol* overwrite code in StyleSheet and lose the hyphen. No
need for a tag - I'll leave you to play with extracting this to its own
NestedStyleSheet tiddler.
#the *<div class="tw-list">*yourcode*</div>* wrapper becomes a *{{twlist{*
yourcode *}}}* wrapper
