But should this be done also with simple CSS or do we need special widgets for 
this? Will we use the same elements with different styles or hide ones and show 
others based on display size? 

The current tiddlywiky template is quite responsive, but it needs to be even 
more aggressive for certain screen sizes. The input elements for example used 
to be full width on mobile, and many mobile websites has a menu button that 
displays a fixed menu over the content. There are elements that also have no 
sense on mobile, like tabs. There is no space for that. What do you think it 
could be the best way to face this ? 
Should it be a theme? A plugin if you have to include widgets?
