The main reason that TW5 doesn't currently offer to download a ZIP file is because the default route for downloading actually uses the saving infrastructure to save a custom version of TiddlyWiki. This is how index.html can save an empty.html without needing access to the internet to download it. In other words, we generate the TiddlyWiki file on demand, rather than downloading it. Anyhow, the gobbledegook filename issue is restricted to Firefox, as far as I know, and is the result of a bug that will be fixed shortly. Best wishes Jeremy.
