If TW5 doesn't do X then they don't need TW5.

Regardless who said it, I agree with this 100% - particularly for something
that demands so much attention like TW.

Rich, I like your initiative. As for finding out what needs there are where
TW is a good solution, maybe a route is to look at those that we estimate
as competitors, are doing. Unfortunately it's tricky to know what people
find too limited with TW (hm, that's a topic worthy discussion in itself!).
But for a start maybe one can look at things like Evernote and Onenote (who
can spend millions on investigating user needs and design ads thereafter).
People who say those programs are very good - what problems are they
applying those solutions to?

Put in a simpler way: One can take Evernotes youtube page
<https://www.youtube.com/user/EvernoteVideos> or an amateur demo-review
<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XO9wQ3yP95w> and do comparable things for
TW (without infringing of course).

BTW, I notice Evernotes main tag-line is "The workspace for your life's
work". Pretty good. It's very much from the eyes of an everyday user
instead of e.g a technical description of what the software is.
