Do you want to make it automatically? or maybe  you can first fetch the 
information and then email them? In the second case is pretty easy, just 
list all tiddlers created in the past 30 days and then email that 
information. If you are using NODE for this it should be possible to 
automate this process also.

This is not so easy and it will require some kind of plugin. The problem is 
that TW currently does not track changes to tiddlers. All that you have is 
the version number in the node version.
