I've been running Tiddlywiki 5 server on Raspberrian and using nginx to proxy
url paths between them.

To start the various TW5 instances, I've been including them in upstart,
writing out the configuration using a node.js module called upstarter.

What would be the proper user to start a Tiddlywiki instance with? And what
permissions should the directory have? I'm fairly certain that it shouldn't be
run as root.

Thank you,
    Andrew J. Leer
