It looks great! Just remember that my tool is a work in progress and I will hopefully be changing things around so that the timestamp tiddlers are named using the human readable names instead of the youtube ids. The current timestamps should still be searchable after the change, but I don't know of any good way to do a search and replace to tiddler names inside tiddlywiki so you may end up with a bunch of ugly names if you use it now. I also need to add the option to set a timestamp that is from one time to a second time instead of just jumping to a specific time. I am not saying you can't or shouldn't use it if you want, just that I may be making some potentially significant changes.
