I just came across this article discussing a notetaking technique taught at Cornell:

Then, when it comes time to study, you can just cover the right side with a sheet of paper, leaving a bunch of questions on the left — creating a quiz." It struck me as an interesting idea for TiddlyWiki. There's been interest in the past in using TiddlyWiki to create and present quizzes; perhaps we can explore creating the necessary features in a way that supports notetaking too.
