Thanks for the insight about the phone apps versus feeds. As I "mature" ( i.e. run out of time ) I'm finding myself less inclined to use GUIs and more inclined to set up BATch jobs. Ideally, I'd like my computer to work all night and then wake me with a softly spoken message telling me how much I need to spend today, in order to avoid my successors getting into inheritance fights.
