I should have explained better and I apologize for that. I have already gone down the rabbit hole you guys describe and it was not what I am looking for. So I guess the question is where to start as it sounds like this hasn't been created.
@Stephen Kimmel hit it on the head with his question and here are more details on what I am attempting. I want a single box with the Tiddler Title and Tiddler Data in it, that's it for now. I don't want the Tiddler Title on Top and Data inside if I can avoid it. I want one big box, I would like to have Tiddler Title formatting if I can get it so the Tiddler Title stands out. (Optional and not needed to start - I am actually trying to avoid this completely) Top Bar or Home Button Logo. As Stephen pointed with his question, No navigation appears on screen. No sidebar appears on screen. No controls in the Tiddler so you can't close change or edit them. Hence view only mode as you have no controls on screen. All Controls come from inside the TW5 Tiddler Data so you need to create links or you get stuck. That is where the need for a View Only Save feature comes from as you need a Create Mode and a View Mode. TiddlyWiki Classic Presentation did something similar to this concept but I could not find a link to it.
