Secure how?
TiddlySpot doesn't have ads.
Do you have external files?
You could simply get one of the cheapest hosting services
that doesn't meddle with your files when serving them and it should all go 
fine.

There are free hosting provides that give plenty of space... on their 
subdomains, though.
The question is: Do you want your own domain-name?
If so, get the hosting alongside with it.
