I am using the same setup with Linux Mint 17.
Try this info file:

"tiddlywiki/tiddlyweb",
"tiddlywiki/filesystem"
],

"tiddlywiki/vanilla"
],

],

"index": ["--rendertiddler","$:/core/save/all","index.html",

and start the server via
node /some/path/tiddlywiki.js /your/wiki/path --verbose --server 8080
otherwise I don't know...
