Hi Vikas,
it's a very old version of tw (1.2.32) so it is a bit awkward (to explain 
how) to upgrade, so I have done it for you -
http://vsingh.tiddlyspot.com/
Once you have saved it from tiddlyspot let me know here and I will delete 
it.
