Greetings, I'm a bit puzzled by the svg icons I have added. I have removed the fill colours from the icons.
If I set the icon tiddler to type image/svg+xml, the icon will only show up as black. If I remove the type, the icon will show up as the colour specified in the css. When I look at the icon in the html, if the type *is* set, the icon is referenced with a img src="data: ....." tag. If the type *is not *set, it shows up as svg xml - eg, as <svg .... </svg> Which is fine, but if I want use the icon on a tag, it won't show up in the tag manager if the type is not set. If I use a dark colour for the tag, the icon cannot be seen in the tag pill. Also - if it is used as a button in the sidebar menu, it is black and not the nice grey the other icons are. Sticks out like a sore toe :-) The work around is to apply the type to the icon, add it to the tag in the tag manager, then remove the type from the icon, but I'm wondering if there is a better way.
