The TW you refer to is build in TiddlyWiki classic. From what you describe,
it sounds like you'd really just need the default setup, not really copy
that particular one (which is filled with specific tweaks and plugins for
that person).

I propose you go to http://www.tiddlyspot.com and create a TW there (for
free). Maybe you'll want to choose the MPTW option when you create it. You
can create one of each kind (i.e a Standard too). This might actually be
enough for you. I would guess that the eventual modifications you might
have to do will not be experienced as much harder than actually putting in
your notes there - and if you do find the minor modifications too
difficult, then maybe TW itself is not the most suitable tool for you? In
my experience it is impossible to use TW over some time without getting
into fiddling around at least a bit.

Another option might be tiddlyspace.com . Setting up a TW there is even
simpler. But you should know the owner of it (Brittish Telecom) don't do
any active maintainence on it though. At least not AFAIK. ...but actually,
the hosts for tiddlyspot don't do any upgrading or maintainence either
AFAIK but they have a personal connection with TW and the community.
