Try this:
First, create a tiddler named [[WithTitle]], containing:
<div>
!!<<currentTiddler>>
{{!!text}}
</div>
This tiddler will be used as a "template" for the transclusion.
Then, in your content, you can write:
|{{TiddlerA||WithTitle}}|{{TiddlerB||WithTitle}}|
