Have loaded the punch theme by making a new tiddler and $tagged. I'm not importing, only that it hasn't showup in the plugins list in the control panel. But it works.
Not sure if I know where the 'down arrow' is in the punch theme. I want to add coloring since those won't show-up. I also want to remove the text centering feature in the punch theme.
