the use case I have i mind is a tool where the users of the tool can make comments on github about a parrticular tiddler if they disagree with something in that tiddler. they would get to the relavant part of github via the TW, like on TW.com TW.com --- as I understand it -- is a collection of .tid files hosted in Git hub. Am I understanding correctly?
