Would that be any easier than just using a template with a normal list widget? I think that making the list-links macro able to handle that sort of thing would make it just as complex to use as the normal list widget, which seems to defeat the purpose of using the list-links widget instead of the list widget.
I don't know if there is some reason you wouldn't want to use templates in a list, but it isn't very well documented on tiddlywiki.com, or anywhere else I have seen actually.
