New here tiddlers could be seen as more closely related to a tag itself rather than a new tiddler. Therefore it would make sense to have a "new here" button in the tag pill popup
I found myself looking for this feature naturally when reviewing a tiddler with a number of tags. Creating a new tiddler from a tag, without first going to the tag (or creating a new tiddler and adding appropriate tags) would be more in the flow of things. There could be another benefit. If the originating tiddler was recorded in the new tiddler, then tree like structures could bloom from a tiddler. I suppose this is moving away from linking using WikiLinks and towards methods where logical pathways are encoded into the path just some thoughts....
