Assuming you are using tiddlywiki 5 then yes, that is very possible. Do you want to be able to select the variable to display (using a radio button or select widget) and just have one table that changes what is displayed, or do you just want different tables for each variable? Either way would have about the same complexity since you have the information split out into fields and tags already.
