Hi Jeremy,

Just noticed that for my upgraded wiki, the "*Show help panel" *in the 
toolbar isn't present in the Control Panel list after "*More actions"* 
although there is a checkbox with no title. When it is clicked, a button 
with an exclamation mark appears in the Page Toolbar but it doesn't do 
anything.
