The quick and dirty way is like this:

The more long winded way takes two steps.
First, create a stylesheet tiddler. The title doesn't matter, but give it
the tag $:/tags/Stylesheet, and the following content:
.boxed {
background-color: #f5f5f5;
border: 1px solid #cccccc;
padding: 0 3px 2px;
border-radius: 3px;
font-family: Monaco, Consolas, "Lucida Console", "DejaVu Sans Mono",
monospace;
}
Secondly, in another tiddler:
@@.boxed
This is also boxed.
