I have been messing around with tiddly wiki for the last year or so and for me it has been tough going. I now know enough to be dangerous and I'm hoping that I can get some very specific instructions on how to accomplish something with my project.
My project relies heavily on embedded PDFs and embedded images. I thought I would not take a performance hit *because I was running on node.js and thought I would be covered by lazy loading. * It was only after loading several hundred bits of data that I realized how much this slows down the performance of the wiki. I have gone through the threads here on google groups and have small sense of what needs to be done. I have read extensively about external images and Canonical URI but I have struggled to make any meaningful progress. I remain at a loss however on how to convert an image or PDF toddler from the embedded state to the external state. Furthermore I would rather not Joe have to accomplish this process manually several hundred times. I am running tiddly wiki five under node.JS. I know a little tiddly wiki and a little bit of JavaScript. Thanks in advance -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
