The origami-like is great as it refers to "return - cross-reference"... May be the "t" letter could be better replaced by a thin curve crossing the horizontal bar of the "t", kept, (which would be part of the "w") ? Generally speaking, I enjoy flat designs with basic or no colours (black, white, grey) : they appear stronger... and can be employed in tiny icons. Anyway, I find the idea & the results proposed very good !
