Short answer: if your current TWClassic document continue to work for you,
there is no compelling reason to change.... at least... not yet.

Adaptations like Morris' "No Brainer Notes" are based on TWClassic plus
plugins and other customizations to templates, stylesheets, menus, etc.

In principle, everything that was done with TWClassic can also be done with
"modern" TiddlyWiki. However, the methods and syntax used in TW5 are
completely different from TWClassic, so none of the plugins and
customization from your current documents would be transferrable to a TW5
environment. Instead, the same design would have to be re-created from
scratch using TW5 syntax and techniques.

I am a user of TW rather than an expert in programming so I am looking for

Hopefully, my response above was sufficiently non-technical. What might
also be useful would be for you to discuss exactly which features of
Morris' design are most criticial to your workflow. Then it would be
possible for someone to try to reproduce just those features within a new
TW5 document. If that can be accomplished using only native TW5 syntax and
methods -- i.e., without needing to write any new plugins -- it might be
possible to achieve close to your desired result without needing to write
any actual program code (though it would likely require some "advanced"
understanding of TW5 syntax and customization techniques)
