I'm using the latest Version of TiddlyWiki but i couldn't find the right 
shadowtiddler with the Name "Background stylesheet" is this the exact Name 
? I also tried to lookup Background and Stylesheet separatly, still wasnt 
able to find it.

That's the most important for me, since the logo of my company is only a 
Special font i might be able to use it without having a jpeg as banner :)

Btw your link is the perfect example of what i want to do with the 
Background. I Don't want it to move when the user is Scrolling.
