Download it at home and take it to work on a thumb-drive? Try it with a proper browser (can you email it home to yourself?) Try running portable firefox http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable Try the stable release instead of the pre-release?
Can you save files that are emailed to you? I'll email you a blank tiddlywiki if that will help.
