http://weave.tiddlyspot.com/ (TWC Plugin) what it does: When you save a tiddler, the source text is scanned for text that matches the title of an existing tiddler. Matching text is then automatically enclosed in [[...]] to make it a link to the corresponding tiddler. The actual source text is modified to add the brackets. If you later on delete the tiddler that is linked *to*, the brackets are NOT removed, so it remains as a link to a missing tiddler.
