Sorry - I didn't look long enough... A usable class is already present in
the core

Now if I remove the "$:/tags/AboveStory" tag from the "Fast Note" tiddler
and add it to the new "WikiNote" tiddler - I get what I want :-)
TW5 is an awesome piece of software :-)
