They use codemirror.net as there syntax highlighter in the text editor. 
(But it doesn't seem to work). ... I did create a TiddlyWikiClassic 
highlighter for codemirror some years ago. I still use it on a daily basis 
at my tiddlyspace sites. ... 

It's only a TWc syntax highlighting mode and __not__ a rendering mode.
