It's not as bad as you think; If you have used tags to categorize your stuff, you can check out the tab you're referring to - it's this one <http://tiddlywiki.com/#TableOfContents>. That's all there is - it contains a macro with a root-tag and it is tagged so it shows up automatically in the sidebar.
