How did you save the file after importing the zip file? You should use the "save changes" button in the right hand sidebar of TiddlyWiki. You'll see if you open the HTML file that you get a "doubled" sidebar on the right, with two copies of each element slightly overlapping one another. None of the tabs or buttons work.
