Cool! IMO a subtle, and lightweight, enough "powered by" could be included in the the main TW distribution BUT coupled with a very obvious way to disable or delete it... perhaps a button/link in the Ctrlpanel>Info where the user can't miss it as he is typing the TW title. Could even be a default tiddler. IF they leave it displayed, the TW name potentially reaches people it would never reach otherwise.
