I don't have any good answer to your question. Spontaneously, the bit about 
both letting the user fill in stuff and save but simultaneously not letting 
them manipulate tiddlers so that stuff might be missing sounds tricky (but 
I'm no coder, so maybe it's simple). Or maybe you don't mean that people 
will try to mes things up, only that the potential "mess up features" 
should be decently hidden? That should be simple.

...otherwise, a thought might be some iframe solution as the sandboxing can 
let you manipulate one part but not the other.

I recall one or possibly two people from the later hangouts talking about 
using TW in contexts relevant to yours. Or maybe that was you 
participating? Might be worth looking up. I think one of the people I'm 
referring to brings it up in his introduction so it should be easy to find. 
Might have been the very latest hangout or second latest. ...again, if it 
wasn't you.
