Another posible implementation I thought about: Blog usage. I'm not sure how it works, but couchdb allows you to set a database for public read only access. If that is possible and thanks to the synchronization you can have a TW wit full editing capabilities where you can add content and save it to the dB. Then the read only wiki just access to those information and displays it, without needing to save the file each time or edit it before publishing.
